The apartment is huge and really comfortable, with fantastic single and double beds and spring mattresses. Everything was spotless, and the sheets and towels were excellent quality. The kitchen had tea, yerba mate, sugar, and other essentials, plus thoughtful extras like Jenga and Uno. There’s also a parking space just a few meters away. Right in the city center, close to everything, and the price for what you get is excellent. Pablo was always attentive. We were impressed and would happily come back. Highly recommend it!

I stayed for over a month, and Mr. Pablo was very helpful and provided excellent service throughout. The apartments are bright, comfortable, and well equipped, with parking included. They’re centrally located, within easy reach of Viedma's shopping center and clinics. Highly recommended.

The location is great, about two blocks from the waterfront and close to shops and other places. Parking is just steps from the apartment. Inside, it’s spacious and clean, with good mattresses and linens and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend it.

Pablo was friendly and provided excellent service, including during the self-service check-in and check-out. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped, in a great spot near the waterfront, attractions, and restaurants. Everything was excellent.
