Hotel Alpre

The heated pool, location, and staff are all excellent, and the hotel itself is nice. But the rooms need a mini-fridge, or there should at least be a water dispenser in the hallway. If you get thirsty at night, there’s nowhere to buy or get drinking water. Water is essential, so please consider adding a dispenser. Shower curtains would help too, since everything gets wet and the room has a wooden floor.

From the street, you wouldn’t guess how nice the hotel is inside. Once you walk in, it’s a really pleasant surprise: lovely rooms, thoughtful details, and amenities that went beyond what I expected. The rooms are spacious, and the big beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast has lots of variety and plenty to eat. There are two pools, a heated one for relaxing any time and a spectacular outdoor one for good weather. It holds its own against much better-known hotels. I’d love to come back.

I liked the comfortable beds and the modern feel of the room. The hotel itself is lovely, the breakfast is complete, and the pools look beautiful, clean, and well cared for. But our suite was missing basics: no trash can or refrigerator, and only one towel hook for three guests. We also weren’t allowed to eat or drink in the room. When I arrived, there was paper on the floor, the toilet was dirty, the wall was stained, and there was a strong smell. The room needs ozone treatment. Some staff members could also be friendlier.

We arrived many hours before check-in, and they let us have the same room, which we really appreciated. The hotel exceeded our expectations: the breakfast was delicious and had so much to choose from, and the pools were beautiful. The photos show exactly what you get, with no misleading advertising like at some other places. Everything was amazing, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the excellent service!
