The man who helped us was very kind, which is the only reason we're giving this three stars. Everything else was a zero. The photos don't look like the real place, and our room wasn't clean. We found two spiders, one in the kitchen and another on the bed. On a very hot day, the air conditioning didn't work, and we weren't told the shower faucets were reversed. The water heater also failed, so we couldn't shower comfortably or sleep, and the heat indoors was unbearable. They said they'd refund us but never did. After our stay, the service was poor and nobody responded about our arrangements. A night to forget.

The patio was completely flooded, and the room had rain coming in. When we asked the girl to clean it, she told us to dry it ourselves, then left and didn't come back. I tried to have some mate in the hallway while it was raining, but she kicked me out. The internet doesn't work, despite the claim that it's free. A horrible stay. Never again, and I wouldn't recommend it.

There's no Wi-Fi, and the place needs maintenance. The sheets were stained, and a sign says the hotel isn't responsible for thefts on the property. The water heater is inside the small room, which feels unsafe. They only accept cash or bank transfers.

We paid 5,000 a night for two people, breakfast included. The room was very clean, and there was more than enough breakfast. We felt really comfortable, and in my experience the service was good.
