I was very disappointed by how little interest the owners showed in their guests. My daughter fell on the stairs and I had to rush her to the hospital. Nobody even asked what had happened. I went to ask if they could recommend somewhere to take her, since they hadn't come to see what was wrong. I complained, and they said the woman was elderly, but her son didn't come over either. As owners of the complex, I think they should have checked whether we needed anything or asked what happened. We left without them even knowing my daughter had nearly broken her ankle. I do want to thank the local hospital for the excellent care they gave her.

We had ten wonderful days here and left delighted, with nothing to complain about. The place is lovely, has all the amenities, and includes many thoughtful touches to make guests comfortable. The services and attention were excellent, and the owners and cleaning staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed the pool, recreation area, and space to relax.
