The common area has decent Wi-Fi, though we didn't get Wi-Fi in our apartment, and apparently it isn't available in every unit. The rooftop is huge and has two pools. It's a modern, attractive building, about five blocks from the city center. We were three friends and kept things quiet, so it worked well for us. They are pretty strict about conduct, though, so I wouldn't suggest it for a big group of young people.
We felt very comfortable here, and it was quiet too. It's our first stay, but we're already thinking of coming back. Close to everything, including the bus station and the pedestrian area.
Watch out when booking this place through Booking.com. The listing doesn't mention a deposit and says cancellation is free within 14 days. Once that period has passed, they message you for your phone number, then demand a deposit over WhatsApp. If you don't pay, they say you have to cancel and pay the full amount because the free-cancellation period is over. The person who calls himself Rodrigo Morales knows about this. If you book, call the place directly. If you used Booking.com, contact the platform and don't send money. They also insist on payment in pesos at a rate much higher than any bank's exchange rate.
I came back two days ago after staying here four years ago, when it was spectacular. Now it's run-down and badly neglected, and there are padlocks on the apartment furniture. Such a letdown.
Great for a family, with mountain views from the terrace and plenty of facilities: a pool, multipurpose room, cinema room, and game rooms. It's a new kind of building that seems to have all the comforts.
