The location is nice, but breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. There were bugs and spiders around the room constantly, and there's no disabled access upstairs because the lift doesn't work. The fumes from the bug spray they used made it almost unbearable. The loungers and chairs outside were badly damaged, and the interior badly needs renovation. The curtains were heavily stained with what looked like coffee or nicotine. We have all the relevant pictures to prove our case. We asked for food at 9pm, since the service was supposed to be 24 hours, but nothing was available. At 11:50pm they offered egg and chips for 21,000 pesos. After they asked if we were American, we walked three blocks and got two double cheeseburgers and chips for 22,000 pesos. Good thing one of us spoke Spanish. The women cleaning were nice and helpful, hence the two stars. My advice is to inspect your room carefully before accepting it.

The breakfast wasn't up to the price. I don't know whether that's what people eat in Argentina, but we got tea, coffee, croissants, water, and a few other things. We understand that's what they offer, but the quality didn't seem right for the price, and as Chileans we expect ham and cheese as the minimum. For my fellow Chileans, I wouldn't recommend this place. At 2 AM the air conditioning stopped, leaving the room stifling. Staff blamed an external problem with the street voltage and said it had happened before. That's no excuse; they should have a backup plan. They only offered to let us use the pool, without even giving us fans 🤦‍♀️. The air conditioning wasn't fixed until 7 AM, and we slept terribly.

The hotel was fairly clean, but the service from the staff didn't sit well with me. Breakfast was very limited, too. A few days earlier we'd stayed somewhere cheaper that offered butter and jam, more variety, and seconds. Here, that wasn't an option.

The pool and grounds are lovely, and the rooms are cleaned and kept tidy every day. Ricardo, Diana, and the rest of the staff were excellent. It has a warm, welcoming feel, and I'd recommend staying here without hesitation.
