The staff were super friendly, and the owner was happy to sit down with us and offer recommendations for the area. It's a wonderful family-run Hotel with a couple of restaurants and a pool. There's also secure parking for a motorcycle or car. Highly recommend it.

The pools were excellent, both the outdoor one and the heated one. My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Our balcony room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is very good, and housekeeping was excellent, always attentive to the room and to anything we needed. Gabriela at reception was incredibly friendly from our first WhatsApp messages about booking and questions. They also let us leave our luggage at reception on the last day, so we could enjoy the hotel or go for a stroll. Thank you very much!

The price worked for our budget, and the location made it easy to get to the tourist attractions in Villa Carlos Paz. We had an excellent stay at Hotel El Cid. It's a beautiful, comfortable place, and the staff who welcomed and helped us were so friendly. Breakfast was included, and it was delicious and varied. We're incredibly grateful and delighted. Thank you so much, highly recommended.

The receptionist handled a small problem we had early in the morning with kindness and helpfulness. My wife Silvia and I felt right at home and had a wonderful day. The staff, breakfast, and everything else were perfect. Highly recommended.

The menus were excellent, each more delicious than the last, and the drinks they make were amazing 😉 We'd choose this place again for sure. It's beautiful and incredibly peaceful, just right for relaxing, and the rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Everyone on staff was fantastic and so friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!
