The staff were friendly, and the location was handy for walking into the city center. We only stayed one night while passing through. The whole hotel smelled of food, there were no hand towels, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. I didn't try breakfast because it starts at 8 AM and we left at 7.

The location made it easy to get to both city centers without using the car, and the price was very reasonable for what you get. The staff were attentive the whole time, and the breakfast buffet was good. We were very satisfied and will be back soon. Néstor from Santa Fe. The restaurant serves delicious food in generous portions at great prices, and the complimentary wines are very inexpensive. There are two immaculate pools, spacious parking, and a big patio with a grill and tables. Rooms have fans, split air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs. The shower was luxurious, with instant hot water, and the bathroom was very spacious. A lot to enjoy for little money!

We stayed here a few weeks ago for the second time. It's close to everything, very clean, and the staff were so friendly. I also left a pair of shoes behind, which was my own mistake, but they kindly took the time to send them to my home.

The location is handy, one block from the cuckoo clock and three from the new center. We arrived at 11 p.m. on a Monday and were welcomed warmly. Efrain was always ready to help and had a smile for us. The room was good, with a TV (not a Smart TV), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, and an excellent shower. The facilities include a garage, grills, tables, and a pool. We also used the common room, which has a Smart TV. Breakfast was very complete, and dinner was filling and really tasty. Everything was in order and very clean. The only thing to mention is that shampoo and conditioner aren't included.

The shower and breakfast were fine, but the bed was so uncomfortable that the mattresses really need replacing. After breakfast, I tried to fill my little bottle with water and the dining room attendant refused, saying water was only for drinking during breakfast. I won't return or recommend the place.
