Shangri-la

The pool area is gorgeous, and the place is lovely for relaxing in the mountains just minutes from downtown Carlos Paz. Lucas and Yesica took excellent care of us and checked our needs every day. The service in general was friendly. Breakfast was fine, but not very varied, and could include more fruit. The breakfast area is nice, although crowded times make it hard to move around. The stay includes half-board, but dinner is served at other hotels, so the travel and distance take away from the convenience, especially with the long waits to be seated there. Still, a very nice place. Best regards.

We had a wonderful week here. The kids could enjoy the play area and the pool, with a shallow part for safe play and a deeper section too. Reception staff were all so helpful, and the place is very family-friendly. Just keep the distance from the center in mind: it’s several blocks away, and Uber can get expensive. If your little ones aren’t walking yet, bring strollers. Everything else was excellent!

We all got to enjoy the facilities and unwind as a family, and breakfast had plenty of variety. Set at the foot of the hill, the place was peaceful, just what we were after. The cabins around the pool are lovely, and every staff member was really friendly. We’ve already recommended them to our friends without hesitation.

We were a group of friends and felt right at home. The cabin staff were attentive and friendly, and the whole setting is wonderful. You’re near the center, but it doesn’t feel like you’re in the city. Such beautiful scenery and a lovely place. Thank you!
