The garden was tidy and the room clean, but that's about all I can praise. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. I paid 110,000 pesos for the night in February 2026, and I definitely wouldn't recommend the place or come back. The outdoor pool was half full and covered in mold. The heated pool was cloudy and barely warm, even though it had been cleaned that morning. They were cleaning it during opening hours, so we had to wait several hours to use it. The area around it was dirty, with dirt, cracked glass, and cracked walls. Breakfast was no buffet, just a tray of burnt French toast, literally black, croissants, pastries with quince paste, dulce de leche and butter, a couple of watermelon and orange slices, drinkable yogurt, cereal, and packet orange juice that wasn't really orange. The mattresses were passable, but the pillows were awful. The bathroom leaked beneath the sink, and the shower dripped constantly.

The staff were very good, especially the receptionist, who was excellent and helped me carry my bags to the room. The hotel's exterior looks nice, though I think it may be disguising the quality of the rooms. Mine was old, and the bathroom was bad. The bed sagged in the middle, and the pillow was so hard and too high that I had to sleep with my folded blouse in its place. This was one of the most expensive hotels on my 20-day trip around Argentina. I can't believe they charge that much for this quality.

Lunch was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very attentive. The hotel has a heated pool, though breakfast was a bit weak. It's a little far from the city center.
