The complex is lovely, with clearly defined cabins. Estela and her husband welcomed us warmly and showed us around the whole cabin. It had a television, a regular kettle, dishes, a fan, and Wi-Fi, though the signal was a bit weak. There was also air conditioning, but we couldn't use it because it didn't work after we plugged it in. The gas water heater takes some figuring out if you're not familiar with it, so written instructions would help. Sergio, the owner, explained clearly that guests need to bring their own linens and bedding. It would also be helpful to provide a toilet paper roll, paper towels, a dish towel, and a dish rack, as other places do for tourists' convenience. We arrived tired and had to go out to buy those things instead of relaxing. One more suggestion: avoid overloading the communication system. We had to give Sergio and Estela the same information, when one could have been notified and passed it along. That would let tourists focus on enjoying themselves and relaxing. Apart from that, everything was fine 😉👍
