We ended up cancelling after they wouldn't adjust our existing five-night stay. Our flight was changed for reasons beyond our control, and we only asked to remove one night because of the full-day change. They wanted us to cancel and book again at higher rates. Shameless, penny-wise and pound-foolish. Their reply below is made up, in my view, and full of deflection. Expedia's back office told me directly that the property REFUSED. Don't believe their greedy stories.

The outdoor heated pool, with those mountain views, was the best part of my stay at Böden. The pool, sauna and steam room were all great for relaxing, and the buffet breakfast had lots of choice and tasted good. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by mountains. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. A great place for a rejuvenating getaway, with top-notch service.

I was checked into room 210, which is sold as a grand view room. The only view was of some horrible bright blue paddle courts, ruining any chance of enjoying the view.

We'd come back in a heartbeat. The spa was excellent, the rooms comfortable, and the location was great. The hotel is beautiful, full of unique details, and the staff were wonderful. Everything made for such a relaxing vacation ❤️

We stayed five days and used the place as a great base for heading out to so many spots. Biden serves local beer Ribera, made just steps away. Management and staff did a wonderful job. Thanks to Texas, Natalia, Malcolm, Sophie and Ellie. Silvinia and Flo were great at the front desk.
