The quiet setting and beautiful view were nice, but I left feeling ripped off. We paid over 1 million pesos for four people over Carnival weekend, and the upkeep didn't justify that price. There were no toiletries or pool towels, the kitchen sink was used, and a cat came in the first night and slept on the bed. I know rates go up for those dates, but I think from February 20th onward it should be 124,000 pesos a night for four people.

The scenery and pool are the strongest points, and the price is reasonable. The cabins need cleaning and maintenance, including paint and better wardrobe or storage space. For a 4-star hotel, that wasn't what I expected. We got no service at all when we needed help, they didn't even answer the phone. Still, if you can be patient, the place is decent.

We've stayed here several times and will be back soon. The staff have been really attentive whenever we've had questions, and the service overall is excellent. Breakfast is delicious too! 👌💪

Evelyn, the manager, is so friendly and attentive. The cabins are lovely, the view is stunning, and it's a beautiful place I'd recommend.
