The location was good, but the stay had some difficult moments. On the third day, rain brought leaks into the bedroom above the bed and into the living room. From earlier reviews, it sounded like this issue had already been reported and left unfixed. We told them the next day and were moved to another room, which solved it, but it was a big disruption to our vacation. When we got back to the cabin at 8 PM and needed hot water, the water heater wouldn’t start. We contacted the number they gave us, but customer service only runs from 8 AM to 8 PM, so no one replied that evening. We messaged again during business hours the next day and still heard nothing. We checked out without anyone from reception coming over or explaining what happened with the hot water. We sent a respectful, constructive WhatsApp message about our dissatisfaction and got an apology.

The service was excellent, and the cabin was spotless and comfortable when we arrived. They even supplied towels for the pool. It’s a great location, with a spacious complex where we had our own space and could enjoy the pool.

The cabins were super spacious and comfortable, and we had a wonderful vacation with family and friends. The facilities were amazing and the service excellent. Our cabin didn’t get much natural light, so I’d suggest adding more artificial lighting. Everything else was perfect, and I’d highly recommend the resort for a vacation. Thanks for making those fun, enjoyable days with family and friends possible. I’ll definitely be back!

Great service, and the cabins are very well equipped. The resort itself is excellent too, with a perfect location, lovely grounds, a playground, and a pool.
