We couldn't use the facilities properly because a group of friends and their families, including 16 children, had taken over the pool, so we told the manager we were leaving. She wouldn't refund us for the day. We were there for New Year's Eve and the following day, and the general lack of cleanliness had already made us uncomfortable. There were cobwebs under a pastry and on the chairs, and they gave us bleach to clean the hot tub. In the end, the agency employee who made our reservation reimbursed us out of her own salary, even though that wasn't her responsibility. It felt as if the owners didn't have the money to refund us...😡

We planned to stay a few days, but the place was a letdown. Hygiene was the main problem: the floor was obviously dirty, and the kitchen drawers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There were barely any utensils, and the pool wasn't very clean either. It didn't seem like they were paying for cleaning services. Breakfast was almost nothing, just some butter and a few loaves of bread, and they don't provide soap or shampoo. The grounds are small, and it gets crowded, so it's no good if you're looking for peace and quiet. I'd look elsewhere.

The log cabin is lovely to look at and has lots of space, and it's close to the park. Antonella was so kind and helpful, always checking that we had what we needed.

My experience was TERRIBLE. The service was really poor, and breakfast barely counted: a pack of sliced bread and a few tea bags. Save yourself the trouble.
