We stayed downstairs in a room facing one of the side streets, with a little patio. Sitting there morning, afternoon or evening, looking at the green landscape and big trees and listening to the birds, was lovely. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had stone ceramic finishes and massage shower heads. Upstairs units have balconies. The grounds are well kept, and there’s an outdoor pool, a heated pool, two jacuzzis, barbecue grills, a tennis court and a pool table. The hotel sits in the woods, about five minutes from VGB downtown, but what really makes the difference is the staff. Miriam at reception, Lucas in maintenance, Candela the masseuse and everyone else we met were professional, friendly and attentive. I always say it’s the service people provide that defines a place, and that was definitely true here. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Gracias x todo Morales Puig Family

The apartment itself was nice, though it could use a cooktop or electric stove. Fer gave very good service, and later we dealt with another woman. Still, we expected a relaxing stay and the amenities didn't match what was advertised. The gym was out of service, and the price, while not exactly cheap, didn't seem justified by the facilities or their maintenance. The place clearly hadn't been kept up for some time. The spa had serious maintenance problems: the Jacuzzis and heated pool had exposed electrical wiring. We reported it, and they only fixed it the day before we left. The water in the Jacuzzis had the same issue. We'll report the fraudulent advertising to consumer protection. Quiet hours might as well not exist: children ran around shouting at night from 9:00 AM to 12:30 AM, and we couldn't see where some of their parents were. We reported that too. The padel courts are open to the public, so shouting carried on until 1:30 in the morning. The ceiling creaked all night and seemed to be made of flimsy, soft material. Wi-Fi was basic and kept cutting out, and the TV picture was terrible. The cleaning schedule seemed very odd; we shouldn't have had to ask for cleaning, and it should be done in the morning after breakfast. Breakfast was just okay too, and they could improve it or rotate the bread and pastries.

The biggest issue for us was the noise from the paddle tennis court. They were playing by 7:00 a.m. and kept going late into the night. I know it's another business, but they should set more reasonable hours. The location works if you have a car. The apartments are joined by a door that's blocked off at the moment, and I didn't feel there was enough privacy. The wardrobe is too small for two people. For the price, the value is decent, I suppose. It's just okay; I might stay again, but knowing what I know, I'm not sure I'd pay the same. The building itself is beautiful, with a well-kept outdoor pool and lounge chairs and chairs. There's a pool table and ping-pong table in the barbecue area, and the spa is nice, though the hot water is boiling and the buttons aren't labeled clearly, so you have to press them and guess. Our room had a lovely little balcony and was well equipped with dishes, a microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Towels were provided for the pool and shower, the mattress and pillows were fine, and they cleaned the room daily. Breakfast was standard for the price, nothing to expect too much from: the fridge had two Baggio juice boxes, butter, instant coffee, tea, sweetener and sugar, and they left little pastries and croissants in the mailbox each morning. At least everyone could have breakfast whenever they wanted.

We won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it. There are better, cleaner hotels closer to the center, with food and reception open around the clock. The room was very nice, but cleanliness was awful: there was a clump of hair stuck to the shower wall when we arrived, and it was clear nobody cleaned under the bed. The heated pool was badly maintained, with moldy, broken tiles, a damp ceiling, dirty water, broken lights and bathrooms out of service. They cleaned around 2 PM but left our used pool towels and dirty dish towel as they were. Breakfast was disappointing too. They left stale pastries and croissants in the mailbox, and we had to make our own coffee or tea. Reception staff were only there until 8 PM, so when our Wi-Fi went out, nobody was around to complain to. There's also a buffet where you can order food, but when we went because it was raining heavily, the cook wasn't there and there was nothing to eat.

The heated pool has exposed wiring, creating a serious electrical risk, as the photo shows. The jacuzzi water was dirty, and the gym was closed. In the room there was dampness, the mattresses sagged, and the TV signal was terrible. The Wi-Fi was very slow. People played padel tennis late into the night, so it was impossible to rest, and the old lounge chairs need replacing.
