The photos don't match the apartment. It was filthy, with dirty bedspreads, pillows, curtains, and bathroom. There was no tableware, equipment was lacking, and the shower curtain was torn. The security guard and receptionist were very friendly, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
Clotilde, the morning manager, was so kind when we arrived early. She gave us another apartment to use while ours was being prepared, so we could go to the beach. The whole building was spotless, and our apartment was fully equipped and clean, including the dishes, towels, and sheets. We also had hot water for showers, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a clothesline, covered parking, and a security guard every night. It's two blocks from the beach and one block from Avenida 3, where there's everything you need. Everything was lovely and excellent. We'll definitely return, highly recommend!
The receptionist was very friendly, and the place was excellent.
Quiet, pleasant place, close to the beach.
Great.
