Hotel Cheval Blanc

The common areas are a real draw, with a beautiful patio and breakfast space, a lounge with foosball, a pool, and a barbecue area with a grill and refrigerator for storing your things, labeled like hostel items. The hotel is close to the beach, though a bit far from the center. The local bus passes nearby and will get you there. If you're driving, you can park free at the entrance or nearby, or pay extra for the garage. Our room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness and ventilation, a nice bathroom, wardrobe, and mini-fridge. The breakfast buffet was extensive: cold cuts, cereals, juice, yogurt, fruit salad, pastries, bread, coffee, milk, and more. Reception staff were excellent, and cleaning was outstanding throughout. I highly recommend it and would definitely return.

It was our first stay here, and we'll definitely come back. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and very well organized, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Everyone on staff was so helpful, especially Celeste and Maria, who were attentive and kind.

For the price of a double room, this is a great deal. It's well located, quiet, and you can't hear the street. The facilities are lovely, with an outdoor area and a pool surrounded by fixed lounge chairs and a few small tables. Breakfast has a bit of everything if you get up early, around 8 or 9: fruit salad, yogurt, orange juice, coffee with milk or tea, croissants, toast with cream cheese and jam, pastafrola, pudding, and ham and cheese. Get up at 10 and you won't find half the options, haha. We thought it was very cheap compared with other hotels. The only thing missing is free parking. There are five free spaces on the street behind; otherwise, the underground garage costs extra. You can also leave the car on the street, which is fine. If you just need somewhere to have breakfast and sleep, it's very good. I'd return!

The location worked well for us. It's not too close to the center, but a taxi costs 6,000 pesos. Everything was remodeled, including the rooms and bathrooms, and the facilities are new and super clean. The pool and breakfast both get a 10 from me. There's a lot to choose from at breakfast, like cold cuts, fruit, cereals, bread, juices, and yogurts. Everyone was friendly, especially the morning and night staff. There's a garage for an extra fee. Ours was full, but we could park for free in the area at the hotel entrance. Hot water is unlimited and free, great for mate. The barbecue area with grills is free to use, and out front there's a beautiful garden with a pergola and lounge chairs. The Wi-Fi is fantastic everywhere. Highly recommend!
