Hotel Pleno Sol

The staff really made the stay for me. They were great at making guests feel comfortable and went out of their way to help. The hotel is very clean, though the barbecue area is old and neglected despite being clean too. I was in a standard room. The bathroom is extremely small, and the shower would be difficult to use if you're overweight. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bedding looked old, and the shower pressure was excellent. The pool water was too cold for me, and the towels there were in such bad shape I can't even describe them. Breakfast was excellent for the price: coffee, tea, milk and yerba mate, plus bread pudding, toast, croissants and a homemade pasta frola that reminded me of my grandmother's. Guests can use a shared fridge and microwave and eat in the dining area. They also provide a beach tent for the whole stay and free covered parking. It's only steps from downtown and the beach. Great value, and I'd definitely come back.

The heated pool and beach tent area were lovely, and the beach is just a block away. Lucas and the rest of the staff were so attentive ☺️☺️❤️ We had a great stay and will definitely return.

The tent service was the weak point for me, from where it was located and the food to the manager's attitude. The staff at the hotel itself were excellent.

Everything in the room was well looked after and had what I needed. The place was comfortable, the service very good, and the location excellent.
