Posada de la Ballena

We came away with a lovely group of friends and had an excellent vacation. We were there for the week from December 27, 2025 to January 3, 2026, and the experience was FANTASTIC. Belén and Lucía made the inn feel especially warm. They were available and cheerful at every hour of the day, and their attention was wonderful. Mariano was also always around, down-to-earth and polite. The owners, Norberto (a great person), Marcelo, and Mimi, were SPECTACULAR. The place itself was CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, and the beach location was a great start. The cleaning staff, cooks, and maintenance people were VERY HELPFUL. The food was AMAZING, delicious and plentiful. We were treated better than at the entire hotel. Thank you, Posada de las Ballenas!

I really got to relax here. The inn is owner-run, quiet and clean, and they can adapt the rooms to suit different people, groups or families. The food is delicious, and the service is warm and excellent. Their packages with a tent and all three meals included are a real luxury. It's just steps from the beach and great value for money. I'll be back.

The food is delicious and there’s plenty of it, and the beach is just steps away. What made the place special for us was the warmth and good vibes from everyone working there, including the owners, who paid attention and made sure we felt comfortable, almost like at home. La Posada de la Ballena is truly beautiful!!! So much to be grateful for! God willing, I plan to return. 100/100 👏👏👏👏👏❤️

Luci and Belen were fantastic, always on top of the details and happy to answer questions. Mariano and his partner were welcoming and friendly too. The place was spotless and clearly well maintained. Breakfast, beach snacks to eat on the beach or at the facilities, and generous, varied dinners were all included. They take care of everything so you can just relax. Highly recommend, and we'll be back.
