The pool was dirty, and there was no gym at all. The whole place felt depressing, with everything looking worn out and neglected. The hotel needs a full renovation. I only came because my tour operator recommended it, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. AVOID.

Puerto Manzano is beautiful, and the nearby beaches make the location a real plus. The owner is friendly and attentive, though some employees weren’t as helpful. The facilities are fairly complete but could use improvement. The steam room wasn’t working, although we did get to use the heated pool and the jacuzzi in our room. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety, and we didn’t care for some of the options.

Our suite had its own parking and a balcony, and it was close to both the pool and spa. There was a jacuzzi and a kitchenette in the room for making meals. Breakfast was included, and guests could use the heated pool, sauna, Scottish shower, and steam room. There’s also a multipurpose room with games and a grill. A beautiful hotel.

Set in the heart of the Bahia Manzano forest, this inn is a great fit for families. There’s a restaurant if you feel like staying in, plus a barbecue area, playground, heated pool, and gym. The owners are friendly and attentive. A lovely place for a relaxing break, highly recommended.

The hot water was the one real problem. Both nights it was only lukewarm, almost cold, so that’s why I’m giving the room four stars. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a jacuzzi, and everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast was included and made to order. There’s a lovely pool with warm water, though from the downstairs rooms it’s about a 100 meter walk uphill. I still highly recommend the place.
