The room was really good, with plenty of space, a good bed, and a nice Jacuzzi. Breakfast was okay, though it could have used fruit. Staff at reception and elsewhere couldn't speak English, and there weren't any maps available when we asked. The pool area was below our expectations given how much it was promoted. They only served breakfast, with no restaurant for lunch or dinner.

It's a little cut off from restaurants and shops, and a bit far from Angostura Village. That isolation is part of the hotel's charm, though.

We arrived to check in at 10:40pm tonight, but the reception building was locked. Nobody answered our calls or emails, and no one came when we knocked. We'd prepaid, so now we're not sure what to do.

After hiking 30 km of trails, I recovered perfectly here. The place has a pool, sauna, gym, hot tubs, a pool table, and a movie theater. I think they show films every day at 7 pm. The rooms are enormous, and the beds are so big I can't imagine how they got them in there. They may have been built on-site. The only thing I'd improve is the signage. The first cabin is at the entrance, which makes it confusing to find reception. It's near Puerto Manzano, and the bus gets you to the city center in 10 minutes.
