The location is good, and the restaurant and breakfast are good too. But the lack of upkeep is obvious throughout the property. It's a shame to see the place deteriorating through neglect. The heated pool is nice, yet the changing rooms are depressing and dirty, without even basic amenities. There's no soundproofing in the rooms at all.

The pool was a good temperature, and breakfast was complete. Still, although the property looks good, we didn't like the facilities and slept badly every night because the mattresses were awful. The Wi-Fi never worked. Access from the main road is difficult in the rain.

The restaurant staff were very attentive, the food was delicious, and breakfast was good. The place was nice and clean, with good service. But the pool was small and had too much chlorine. We could hear noise from other rooms, including snoring and conversations. It was very uncomfortable, with no privacy.

Service and the restaurant were both very good, but there were more shortcomings than amenities, and the value for money was poor. The room needed a mini-fridge, plus a chair and table. Its old carpet looked unclean, the flooring needs replacing, and the bathrooms weren't very good. The heated pool water was often a little cloudy, so the filtration could be better. Wi-Fi was weak, with no signal in some locations. Some nights nobody was at reception; they left a sign with a cell number to call if anything happened.
