The staff were helpful, and the bathrooms were large and clean with good hot water. Campsites are spacious and shaded, with power, though you'll need an adaptor if your camper uses a Chilean plug. Wifi worked well near reception.

The mountain views were a lovely surprise, and after being out in the cooler air it was nice to come back to a warm room. The dormi room at Unquehue felt homey and suited us perfectly. It was exceptionally clean, with great shower pressure, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is handy, on a main road just around the corner from downtown Villa La Angostura. It made the trip feel like a vacation.

It was very quiet at night, and parties aren't allowed after 1 am. Bathrooms were cleaned twice a day, with hot water available around the clock. Each site had an electrical outlet and wooden table, and there was a market next door. The main office sold firewood, coal, and potable hot water. One drawback: the barbecue had no fire iron or shovel.

We stayed in the apartments, which were really nice and clean, with great staff. The center is only about a ten-minute walk away. I can definitely recommend it.
