Brisas del Campo Glamping

They canceled our weekend booking less than 24 hours before we were due to travel, with no explanation, and refused to refund us. They offered credit for a future visit, but we're leaving the country. A horrible experience. I wouldn't trust them or stay here.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and it was easy to switch off in such a peaceful place. We had a lovely time. The food was just adequate, nothing special. I didn't stay in the domes or cabins, and the photos I'd seen hadn't made them look very appealing. The grounds need some upkeep, particularly the pool area and pool table, but otherwise things were fine.

The staff were excellent, and the park and pool are lovely common areas. We traveled with pets, so it mattered that the dome was private and securely enclosed. We booked the "La Dolce Vita" dome, one of the most expensive options, but its condition left a lot to be desired and the place needs serious maintenance. The bed was comfortable, though the Wi-Fi was terrible. The food was a letdown too, with little variety and poor quality. The ribs were tough and the beef wasn't appetizing. Dessert and breakfast were the only bright spots.

The massages were 10/10 ✨. There was only one woman working at a time, but she made sure we had a great time. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I stayed in the Dolce Dome, which is a really nice place, so the poor maintenance is a shame. The jacuzzi is falling apart, haha, and the bathroom shower needs work. The side netting is really loose too. The pool table is in an awkward spot.
