We had such a lovely family holiday here. The hosts were warm and kind, and always happy to help us figure out excursions. There was plenty of information around, too. The apartment felt cozy and was very clean, with everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'd happily return anytime! :-)

The owners were friendly, helpful, and local. The apartment was well equipped and kept in great shape, and the peaceful setting and lovely view made it easy to settle in and enjoy the holiday.

I almost kept this place to myself because it's so special, but that wouldn't be fair to Mrs. and Mrs. Webinger. They really do their best to make guests comfortable. The view over Abtenau is gorgeous, and the sunset each evening is a treat. The apartment has a cozy kitchen and a separate living room with a comfortable sofa, plus a large bedroom and another room with 2 single beds. Mrs. Webinger's cake was delicious, too. Outside, there's a shady spot under the tree, as well as a climbing frame and ping-pong table for children. There's also a bread roll service and parking. Abtenau has plenty of nice restaurants, a pleasant market square, a Spar for groceries, and a swimming pool for all ages. You can use the Salzburgerland Card for many mountain lifts, gorges, pools, museums, and public transport. Karkogelbahn has a toboggan run and walking paths, and Salzburg is about a 40-minute drive away. This is still our favorite spot.

The rooms were clean, well equipped, and had a lovely view of Abtenau. The hosts were very friendly, and we had a wonderful holiday here at a good price. It works well for families, including single parents with children. In winter, there's a small ski lift beside the house, which is great for children learning to ski.
