FeWo 3 is compact but has everything you need and is fully furnished. There's a private covered terrace, plus access to a shared sunbathing area. The host was very friendly.

The landlord was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I stayed three nights in the 24m² holiday apartment. Since the weather was good, I mostly just needed somewhere to sleep, and for that it was fine. The bedroom is attractive and practical, with very good 200x80 cm mattresses. It's on the ground floor facing the street, with no mountain view and only a small flap window that opens. The street is relatively quiet, but traffic still came through in my dreams, so earplugs are essential for a good night's sleep. The bathroom looks elegant, works well, and is well equipped. Its huge window faces the street, though there's a curtain, and it also only opens as a flap. The kitchen and hallway are small but practical and well equipped, with seating. There's no living room. The interior room has no window, and that's where the TV is mounted, about two metres up. The hallway takes up six of the apartment's 24 square metres. It feels like the space was converted into this holiday apartment fairly recently, so everything is new and clean, but apart from the bedroom and bathroom the place feels temporary. You can't really live here or cook properly. Ventilation means opening the bathroom or bedroom flap windows, and the so-called extractor fan just recirculates air through a grease filter. The listing advertised a view of a landmark. That was probably my car, which I was allowed to park right in front of the bedroom ;-) In reality there's a house with traditional facade painting and a satellite dish.

The Behn family from Thuringia found this apartment very clean, nicely equipped, and lovely. You can settle in and feel at home right away. Highly recommended.
