Hubert is the person to ask about anything. The staff were super friendly, the service attentive, and breakfast excellent. His advice and recommendations for the holiday destination were great. The rooms were clean, and there’s a sauna available from 2 pm to 8 pm. Bicycles can be rented nearby, about a five minute walk away. I’d definitely book here again.

The hotel is modern and attractive, in a good location, with its own parking. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. But our week long stay had too many problems, and we definitely won’t be back. There was construction on the busy road right in front of the hotel, so we were woken by road and building noise no later than 7 a.m. The room note said, as stated in the booking, that cleaning and towel changes happened every two days, with bed linens changed on the fourth day. Nothing was done on day two. On day three, our towels were changed, but nothing was cleaned. The sink, shower and even the floor, which naturally gets dusty after a few days of frequent use, were left dirty. When we raised it with Hubert, he argued that the room had already been cleaned, which clearly wasn’t true. Having to argue about this on vacation after paying a fairly high price, then wait ten minutes for it to get done, was simply unacceptable. There was too much arguing, and the hotel’s cleaning rules were completely ignored. We don’t need arguments on holiday, especially when we’ve paid for the service. We can’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious, modern and clean, and the hotel wasn’t overcrowded. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a good range of options, and the fitness room and sauna were available and very clean. A kettle in the room or coffee machine in the common area would be a nice addition. Wi-Fi was slow and kept dropping, though mobile reception was good throughout the building.

Hubert, the hotel manager, was very friendly and made the place feel welcoming. We were comfortable right from the moment we arrived and will definitely return. It’s a great hotel with a very high quality breakfast.
