In winter, make sure you have snow chains for the drive up the hill. The holiday house is spotless and tidy, with its own sauna, and the hosts are so warm and welcoming. The location is gorgeous, with shops, restaurants, and bus services within walking distance or a short drive. Perfect.
The house was beautiful, typically Austrian in the best way: super cozy, spacious, clean, and excellent value. We were a family of four, and the peacefulness and the views from here are hard to beat. It's a little walk to the main village. Klara was wonderful, spoke excellent English, explained everything, and offered us Snaps when we arrived. Alpbach is a stylish, pretty village, and this was an excellent find. Stay here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you.
The mountain view was wonderful, and we found the prices very good for the Christmas holidays. The place combines traditional looks with modern facilities and is very well kept. The hospitality was great.

We loved the view across Alpbach and the mountains, and the warm, friendly hosts made our small family feel at home straight away. There are several types of accommodation, each with its own character. You can get farm products and have bread delivered, and the hosts are always available if you need advice or help. A top place to stay. We’ll definitely return for another holiday.
