Everything was easy and quick, thanks in part to Stephanie, the friendly, trustworthy apartment manager who speaks German and English. The apartment itself feels brand new, was spotless, and had a kitchen with all the appliances we needed. It's also in a great spot for the ski resort, near the rental shop, ski school, and main lift. We'd gladly recommend it and return.

Convenient place, and the people were friendly.

You can be on the slopes within a few steps of walking out the door, and there's a basement ski room with heated boot racks. The location and practical touches are really well thought out. We were warm throughout our winter stay, and the apartment had comfortable beds, lovely rooms, modern furnishings, and a cozy living area. Our extra requests were handled easily and exceptionally well, and the welcome was incredibly warm. The owners and their beautiful apartment made it a stay we'll remember.

We all slept wonderfully, which says a lot about the beds, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was set between the drag lift and gondola, with everything easy to reach on foot or even by ski. We got a warm welcome and a clear introduction to the apartment and complex. Little necessities were already there, including hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tablets. There's no washer or dryer in the building, but if you need laundry done, a 24-hour kiosk in Alpbach charges €8.00 per wash. We'd love to come back.
