The WiFi was the weak point, with a poor signal and system, and we had to buy our own washing machine tablets and toilet paper after the owner provided just one tablet and two double rolls. Otherwise, this is very good value. The new apartment building has pleasant flats with Ikea furnishings, good prices, and easy parking. The kitchen had all the equipment, fresh bakery products could be delivered on request, and there's a bus stop right there. The cross-country ski trail is 500 away.

The apartment had a nice view, and the location was great for a summer week in Austria. The pool was fine, just pretty cold. Little kids would have a lovely time here, though our teenagers got bored. Our hosts didn't seem very welcoming; it felt like having us there was a chore for them.

There was plenty to do nearby, so last summer we headed out with our four-year-old daughter every day. We liked it so much the year before that we came back. The apartments are clean and well kept, with all the essentials, though they aren't luxurious. There's no washing machine, but Mrs. Schober can take care of the laundry. The large grounds gave the children plenty of room to play, and they quickly found other kids to spend time with. From our balcony we could keep an eye on them as they bounced on the trampoline, visited the rabbits, or went to see the ponies. The pool was a refreshing treat for everyone. Getting the children to bed was the one challenge, since they kept playing together late into the evening. We also enjoyed meeting people and sitting outside by the campfire to talk and barbecue.
