You’ll need a car here, since the bus stop and Altenmarkt, with its restaurants and grocery stores, are nearly 2 km away. The upside is the peace, the view and how clean everything is. I spent a week at this farmhouse and enjoyed it. You can reach the ski areas at Flachau, Schladming and Obertauern from here. Thanks again to the hosts. If I return to the area, I’ll stay here again.

The kids loved the downstairs playground and getting to see the cows and calves in the cowshed. There was plenty of room, and having a kitchen made it easy to cook dinner and prepare sandwiches in the morning. The washer also meant we could bring fewer clothes. It was a great base for our daily outings in a beautiful setting. Thanks for a great stay!

The view is breathtaking, and the kids had a great time outside, jumping on the trampoline and feeding the animals. The rooms have everything a family needs. We’re grateful to the kind owners for a perfect holiday in Salzburgerland, and I’d return as soon as I get the chance.
