The ski gear storage was easy to reach from outside, and our suite stayed quiet day and night. The room was spacious and very clean, with a bedroom our children were excited about. The hotel has a traditional look with modern touches that make it feel warm and cosy. We stayed four nights on a family ski trip with our three children, aged 9, 7 and 5, in the Garden-Love suite (31/12 => 5/1). We arrived in the morning and were offered a room where we could change before skiing. The welcome was warm, and we were given a backpack to take skiing. They also told us about the ski bus and ski rental options without us having to ask. Breakfast and dinner, included in half-board, were high quality, with lots of choice and attractive presentation. We skipped the afternoon buffet. The New Year's Eve dinner was the one exception for us and seemed lower quality; the other meals were superb. We have high standards for food in Austria, and at other hotels the stylish presentation hasn’t always come with convincing taste. Here both the presentation and the food itself were excellent. The swimming pool and family spa looked lovely, though perhaps a little small, and the facilities were stylish and well made. We were told a technical issue was behind the pool water being a little too cold. We had a top-quality holiday and enjoyed it a lot.

The kids’ pool area was a hit, and the rooms look really nice. But the beds are very high for small children, and the bed guard didn’t keep them safe enough. We ended up putting the mattresses on the floor, where it was very dusty. The food was a big disappointment. My kids don’t eat sugar, but there was no fresh fruit at jause or dinner, only ice cream and stale doughnuts, which I didn’t want them to have. At dinner we waited 15 minutes for salad, and when it arrived it was dry. For a weekend costing 2,000 euros, that was very disappointing.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. The rooms were super clean, and the hotel had all the amenities we needed. The pool was amazing, the food options were excellent, and the hospitality went beyond what we expected. This is a top place for families with children, and the reviews deserve to give it five stars. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel.

The spa is the standout for me. Its different relaxation areas are beautifully done, and from a design point of view it’s one of the most successful projects I’ve seen. Big congratulations to the architect who designed it. The kitchen deserves a shout-out too: the food is extremely good, especially given that it’s included in the price. It’s not a cheap hotel, but it’s quite close to several skiing areas. Even though it’s a children’s hotel, it also works for adults travelling without kids. The place has been newly renovated, and it shows. I would have liked feather duvets and a better hairdryer, though. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was there for a birthday, and they did a really good job decorating and making us feel celebrated.
