The hosts were so friendly, helpful, and attentive, and our two dogs felt truly welcome, not merely tolerated. The apartment itself was lovely, small, and very well kept, with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful view of Traunstein mountain and a charming garden terrace just for our use. The center of town and the lake are a pleasant 10-minute walk away. For dog-friendly swimming spots, though, you need to drive a little outside Altmünster. Thank you!

The lake view is lovely, and we felt completely at home. Everything was cared for and lovingly furnished, and the hosts gave us a really warm welcome. We'd come back anytime! 😊

We had a spacious, spotless apartment with direct access to the terrace, where the view of Traunstein mountain and Lake Traunsee is stunning. There's ample parking, and pets and dogs are very welcome. The hosts greeted us warmly and were very friendly. We highly recommend the Schiemel holiday home in Altmünster on Lake Traunsee 👌👍😊

We feel very comfortable here. The apartment is clean and newly renovated, with parking right in front of the house and a beautiful lake view. It's a lovely family, and a great choice for a holiday with a dog. Best regards.

We come to Altmünster for a holiday every year, and the destination was already settled. But dogs aren't allowed at the place we usually stay, so I looked for somewhere different and came across the Schiemel holiday home. The service was excellent, and they were incredibly welcoming to people and dogs alike. Shops are nearby, the apartment was clean, and everything worked perfectly. We'd gladly stay there again when traveling with our dog.
