The staff were nice, and the jumping area and location were good. Breakfast was pleasant, especially if you're traveling with small kids. But the hotel itself feels quite old, there aren't enough electrical outlets, and the pool is tiny and doesn't look like the photos. It comes across as a three-star hotel.

The restaurant and breakfast were pretty good, and direct access to the indoor playground makes this a decent family option. Still, I was disappointed with the suite. We expected a sitting area, but it was just two rooms connected by an open door, with no couch. There wasn't a kettle either, so we couldn't make tea or coffee or warm a bottle.

The bus into Salzburg makes visits to town easy and hassle-free. Kids can enjoy the jumping area and playgrounds until 22:00, while adults get a spacious sauna and a quiet place to relax in the wellness area. A great family hotel, and an easy place to recommend.

A lovely view and a peaceful setting just a few minutes from Salzburg. There are several nice playgrounds, which are great for kids. The rooms don't have air-conditioning, just a fan.

The pool was the worst part. It was dirty, surrounded by weeds, and full of Black Swimmers that sting when they come into contact with people, so it wasn't somewhere we could cool off on hot summer days. The rooms themselves were nice, and the fan did its job despite there being no air-conditioning. Staff struggled to understand English, and I was confused about which room I had even stayed in. In the end, the confusing hotel experience and dirty pool made the stay pretty underwhelming.
