The owners were really welcoming and lovely people. It's a quiet place with a nice outlook and plenty of equipment, including a sauna, fitness facilities, and live domestic animals. We'd definitely think about coming back.

The Raich family made us feel welcome right from the start, and we had a lovely five-day stay. The apartments are tastefully furnished, and having a sauna in the apartment was fantastic. They are incredibly friendly, love children, and are always willing to help. We also really enjoyed spending time with their children and grandchildren. Thanks for such a lovely visit. We'll definitely return.

The morning bread delivery was a lovely bonus during our summer stay with the Raich family. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was spacious, spotless, and very well looked after. We also loved the modern furnishings, the large balcony and the roomy sauna. We were absolutely thrilled and will certainly come back. Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday.

The fitness room was better equipped than some hotels, and there was a big recreation room with ping-pong and foosball. We were a group of six friends on a short break, and all of us really enjoyed staying with the Raich family. Garmisch 1 was well equipped, especially the kitchen, and the sauna was a hit. A small whirlpool or similar would have made it perfect. Mrs. Raich was friendly, accommodating and flexible, and helped us with everything we needed. Fantastic place, highly recommended. We'd love to come back.
