For the price, the hotel was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, though reception is only staffed at check-in and check-out, so keep that in mind. Waiting in the lobby is no problem. Breakfast had a decent selection, and you can make fresh waffles yourself on the spot. We had a small issue with our first room, but it was sorted out quickly without any more trouble. If you want to sleep until 10:00, I recommend putting up a do not disturb sign.

A decent, straightforward place to start a ski trip, though the service was limited and it isn't a high-end hotel. The skibus stop for Hochzillertal under Zillertal Arena is right outside, and Zillertalbahn is about a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast and dinner are available. The food was tasty, if nothing special. There's table soccer and a nice bar too.

The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel had good service and pretty good food. The guides were handsome, too. The bus shuttle to Kaltenbach stops right in front.

The price was good for what you got, and the food was good too. But there were 50 Belgian people, and they didn't bother giving any information in English. It didn't feel very welcoming. On the fourth day, our leader had to ask, and we finally got a few words in English. If you're not German or Austrian, think twice.
