We spent New Year’s here, and the New Year’s Eve atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff made a real effort to make us feel at home. Our room was spacious, clean and reasonably priced, and the food and breakfast menu were excellent. A really cozy family-run hotel.

The area is beautiful in winter and summer, and I believe Tannahof is open for most of the year. It’s an exceptional family-run hotel, immaculately and tastefully decorated, with generously sized, well-equipped rooms. Guy is a hugely talented French Chef, and his wife Juliane runs front of house. They work hard and are diligent, and do everything they can to make your stay fantastic. Strongly recommended.

The standout for me was the wonderful dinner every day. The hotel has also been beautifully restyled and renovated. Great stay!

The house wine was fine, a Gruner Veltliner, and the menu was excellent for the price.
