Everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped in this relatively new, cozy holiday apartment in Au. It’s very quiet, with parking at the house, but public transport is easy to use and there’s a supermarket nearby. The host family are lovely and helpful, and run a farm right next door. We’ve stayed here several times and will definitely return.

The location is great, with just a short walk to the bus stop and shops, and a guest card including bus and lift tickets made it especially attractive. The holiday apartment was fantastic, finished to a high standard, fully equipped and furnished with care. We were very satisfied and would love to come back.

The goats and cats in the yard, along with the smell of Swiss pine and hay throughout the house, made the place feel so homey. The Albrecht family are wonderfully welcoming, and the apartment was spacious, modern, well equipped, and had lots of storage. The bed was really comfortable, too. I especially appreciated the window fly screen, such a useful extra and not something you find often. The setting is hard to beat. The outdoor pool and Diedamskopf are only minutes away, and you can drive to great spots in every direction within 20 minutes, including Damüls/Faschina, Kanisfluh, Warther Horn, and Körbersee. We loved our stay at Jokelehof and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

A great base for seeing the Bregenzerwald region. The holiday apartment is tastefully furnished to a high standard, there’s a big playground, and the hosts are lovely.
