A really good family spot. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could want. Our kids loved the big playroom, and honestly, so did we. There’s also a heated room for drying wet ski clothes. It’s not far from the main lift, though the walk back in the afternoon is pretty steep.

Lovely apartment and great wellness area. Really nice!

We really liked the apartment itself. It was modern, fully furnished, spotless when we arrived, and had great amenities. The children’s playroom and sauna were especially nice for families. Leaving was a very different experience. Check-out was unusually early, so I spent the whole morning cleaning thoroughly. Even so, at check-out we were spoken to in an inappropriate, scolding tone, almost as if we were children, and told the apartment had been left exceptionally dirty. The issue was some used dishes in the sink that wouldn’t fit into the already loaded dishwasher, plus a few empty bottles we had intentionally left behind. That was hard to understand given the very high price, almost €500 a night, which included final cleaning. It seemed they still expected the apartment to be handed over perfectly clean. I even offered to pay extra for more cleaning, but they refused, while the accusation remained. The whole thing overshadowed what had otherwise been a very positive stay. I was extremely upset on departure day and ultimately left in tears. We wouldn’t book again after this, even though we liked the apartment. It’s a shame, because more respectful treatment would have made the stay thoroughly enjoyable.
