Dear Lanners family, the chalet’s central village location worked wonderfully for our family holiday with our dog. The outdoor area was nicely fenced, which mattered a lot with a dog. We had plenty of space in the rooms, well-kept bathrooms, and a washing machine, so there was nothing to complain about. We’d definitely love to return to Axams and Chalet Karin. After 14 years with very little maintenance, Chalet Karin in Axams feels old and worn out. It may once have been lovely, but I can’t recommend it now. The owners weren’t very welcoming and only reluctantly dealt with the problems. The chalet sits in the middle of a residential area, which isn’t ideal, and the grounds badly need attention. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s so much room to relax and enjoy a great holiday at this chalet, and I’m really impressed by everything Mr. Lanner offers. It’s the most beautiful chalet I’ve ever seen. The location is excellent too: Innsbruck city center is only a few minutes away by car, and the ski slopes are quick to reach. I’d happily vacation in Axams again, especially here.

We had a wonderful summer holiday here, a family with children and a couple with a dog. The wooden chalet has lots of room, and there are all kinds of excursions within easy reach. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a lovely vacation, Lanner family!

There are well-stocked shops nearby, and the house makes an ideal base for hikes. It’s one of the best houses you can book. I’d gladly come back again and again.
