Right by the ski slope, this hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the cuisine is outstanding. I highly recommend staying here :)

Our room was pleasant and the food was excellent. Every meal looked gorgeous, and we made sure to tell the chef, who lit up when we did. The bar and kitchen staff were wonderful, friendly, engaging, and clearly worked hard. The reception staff were another story. We found them quite condescending towards us, though while we waited for our cab I noticed them being very pleasant with other guests. I can't say what their issue with us was. Maybe we were English-speaking? Gay? Who knows. The ski-in and ski-out setup was way beyond our ability, so I'd only recommend this hotel for advanced skiers. The gondola was a steep distance away, a long walk in ski boots. And if you're not skiing, there's nothing else to do.

The room was clean and nice, though we found the pillows thin and uncomfortable. The hotel sits beside the red piste, the only ski route to and from it, so beginners probably shouldn't attempt it. We had a delicious buffet every evening, a good breakfast buffet, and very friendly restaurant and bar staff.

A new, nice hotel with very friendly staff. Special thanks to the chef-cook Vhristian for the delicious meals! The lifts are within walking distance, and you can get directly onto the pistes, though not suitable for beginners ,)
