Benglerwald Berg Chaletdorf

We loved the setting, especially with fresh snow around the fir trees and mountain views. Tanja was quick to answer our emails and so thoughtful that she even bought a baby bed before we arrived. As our first holiday since our son was born, our five nights at Benglerwald Berg Chaletdorf couldn't have gone better. The chalet was beautiful and cozy, with pine and restored old wood throughout. It had its own sauna, an outdoor hot pot, a Sonos sound system, and a "fake" fireplace that uses distilled water. Such a relaxing place. We'll definitely come back.

The fenced chalet gave us complete privacy, and even our anxious dog could settle in and relax. Everything was thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. We also loved how easy the contactless food delivery was, especially the great breakfast choices ordered on the tablet. Everyone was so friendly, and we were thrilled with our stay.

Getting snow while we were there made the chalet feel especially snug and charming. The sauna in the room and hot tub on the terrace were fantastic, and we came away feeling recharged. We stayed in the Kuschel-Chalet, which was so well equipped that we didn't miss a thing. The whole chalet village is lovingly put together, and we got a very warm welcome. Breakfast and the option to order other dishes were both well thought out. Pure relaxation, and we'd absolutely come back.

There are hiking paths within walking distance, from easy walks to more challenging routes, and a ski slope right nearby. The chalet had everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The village feels magical in winter and is a great choice for people traveling with dogs. Thanks for a lovely stay.
