A great base for excursions, and my ideal feel-good spot for future holidays. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully furnished, with every little detail thought through. It's very quiet despite being central in Bad Aussee. Shops, a pharmacy, good restaurants, and cafes are all easy to reach on foot. There's excellent underground parking and even an elevator to the apartment.

We were there for 4 "magical" days during the Fröhlich Festival at the Congress Center, just a minute's walk from both the center and the apartment. With underground parking right amid the short-term parking zones, this is the BEST CHOICE if you're attending an event. The apartment sleeps 5, with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa in the living/dining room. It has an enormous balcony and a charming, cozy covered terrace, and is beautifully furnished and incredibly comfortable. The owners had stocked the fridge with mineral water, milk, and a bottle of sparkling wine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There are 2 coffee makers and a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, microwave, stove, and more. An absolute haven of well-being. THANK YOU to the owners! For a burger, try "s'Gricht".

Gudrun and Gerald Marl deserve the highest praise for this vacation apartment, even if a place this good almost shouldn't be advertised so it can stay an insider tip. The location in the heart of Bad Aussee is unbeatable. The apartment is extremely spacious, tastefully furnished, and has everything you could want. There's a balcony overlooking the spa gardens, plus a large, quiet terrace at the back. Each of the two bedrooms has a door to the bathroom, and there's a second toilet beside it. The landlords are warm and friendly, and prepare the place so you feel at home right away. Café Lewandofsky is just around the corner for a wonderful breakfast, and the Billa supermarket is nearby for groceries and drinks. We'll definitely be back.

Wheelchair users will also find this beautiful holiday apartment perfectly suited to their needs. It's right in the heart of Bad Aussee, and the owners gave excellent support even from afar.
