The location right in the center of Bad Aussee is amazing, and the pool and spa area are very nice, especially the outdoor part with views of both the city and mountains. Breakfast was very good, with almost everything you need, and dinner was good too. The problem was the service at dinner: we always had to ask for another bottle of water. I stayed here back in 2014 and barely noticed any changes to the hotel. The rooms are comfy and nice, though a little small, and the bathroom is small as well. The hallways and walls looked a bit sketchy. It's an above average hotel. If I had the chance to go somewhere else, I wouldn't choose to come back, but if I didn't, I wouldn't really mind staying here again.

The staff made us feel very welcome and were friendly throughout. We had a warm, comfortable room, and the beautiful SPA area and pool were so relaxing. The location is lovely too. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Highly recommended!

There was plenty to enjoy here: wooden rooms with a great view, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, a very good masseur, and delicious food with lots of variety made from local products. The farmer's butter took me back to childhood, and the desserts and dinners were very good too. Most of the staff were kind and smiling. The only drawback for us was the baby bed for our 7 month old son. It seemed old and well used, and wasn't very comfortable. I guess we'll bring our own bed next time.

The breakfast was quite good, and the hotel and wellness centre are great, with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, sauna, and spa services. The restaurant downstairs is a little pricey. One bit of advice: the classic rooms are fairly outdated, so you're better off booking in the newer section.

Right in the middle of everything, this is a very nice hotel. The spa and pool are great, and the food and staff are very good.
