Maria, the owner, is lovely, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed the peace and space here. It's a relaxing farm stay, just a short drive from the lovely town of Bad Aussee. There's a little farm shop beside the wash room, selling things made on the farm. You can pay cash or PayPal, and there's fresh milk from the cows, who are gorgeous!!! You can visit them in the milking shed. The apartments are impeccably clean and have what you need for cooking: a microwave, toaster, kettle, small oven, cooktop, and utensils. There was only salt on hand, though, so bring everything else if you plan to cook. No tea, sugar, or milk. The beds were comfy. The pillows were different from what we're used to, more like a small feather duvet, but that's just a note, not a complaint.

Breathtaking views all around make this an amazing place to stay. There's a grocery store nearby if you'd like to cook your own meal.

We spent Christmas here, and everything was extraordinary. The owners are beautiful people, and the landscape is astonishing. Our window looked out on a view straight from a postcard.

The apartment is quaint and beautiful, with views of snow covered peaks and green valleys. The peace and quiet here are so restorative, and the scenery is breathtaking. A walk to Bad Aussee takes 20 minutes and passes through some of the most breathtaking scenery I've encountered. Maria is an extremely kind and helpful host who goes out of her way to make you feel at home. I'd rather stay here than at Hallstatt.
