The Therme has plenty of ways to swim, bathe, unwind and enjoy wellness facilities, and the restaurant was okay. We only spent three hours there, but the cost still came to about €350 for five adults with a light meal. Even the cheapest entry option from 4 pm is expensive, and we hadn't realized that tickets don't include a towel (€4.50) or bathrobe (€11). That towel charge should be stated clearly on the front page, and so should the fact that the restaurant closes at 19:30. Apart from those things, it’s a great Therme.

The staff were so friendly, and the spa is a lovely place to relax and get good food. One caution, though: don't go into the Finnish saunas more than three times in a day. I got heatstroke in winter, so be careful.

Our worst meal there was this time, on 17 October this year. We had planned to order wok, but watching the cook clean the pan after the previous order put me off so badly I nearly felt sick. She used a lot of washing-up liquid, rinsed it only briefly, then put it back on the stove with soapy water still inside. It was revolting and unhygienic. We switched to burgers, but they were bland and overcooked, and the man making them didn't seem professional either. Both cooks came across as rude and unfriendly, like they were fed up with the job and didn't want to be there. That's unacceptable, especially for a place that presents itself as exclusive. Linsberg Asia Spa, is the cook meant to handle both cooking and washing up? Or is this a cost-cutting decision at the expense of food quality, despite the high prices? I'd appreciate a response. We love visiting Linsberg for the thermal pools and sauna, but we've never been keen on the restaurant food. With the open kitchen, you can see them using ready-made ingredients, and the cooks don't look very professional.

The pools are nice, but we spent about an hour in line for a very ordinary lunch. Renting a robe or towel is really expensive, too.
