The menu has enough variety to keep things interesting, bringing together Austrian favorites and some international touches. Everything we tried was fresh, full of flavor, and nicely prepared. With its cozy feel and warm service, the place felt like home. A lovely choice if you want local food with a bit of a global twist.

The staff were friendly with our small children, and the hotel made it easy to get to Hallstatt despite being almost outside the city. We spent our New Year vacation here. The building isn't modern, but the service was excellent. Breakfast and the restaurant food were tasty and reasonably priced. We would happily come back. Thank you!

Maybe we caught it on an off day, but the meal was one of the least memorable ones we had in the area. For what it cost, the food felt pretty average.

That garlic 🧄 cream soup at the restaurant is still on my mind, rich and full of flavor, easily the best we've ever had. The stay was just as lovely. The owner was thoughtful and helpful, and made us feel at home even though we were far from home. The carefully considered interior details gave the place a cozy, welcoming feel. A place where travelers can really settle in and feel at ease.

The fish serving was on the small side, though it was okay. Dinner overall was nice, and the service was good.
