Parkpension Billroth

A big breakfast buffet, lovely rooms, and a family feel made this a place I'd highly recommend. There's also a swimming pool on the lawn for anyone who wants to use it. A hundred percent relaxing.

The hostess was the most beautiful and charming part of the hotel. My room was comfortable and cozy, and staying there with my eight-year-old son was no problem. Nobody yelled at him for being noisy. The tea was really tasty too, and special thanks for the breakfast, we ate a lot! The place is close to the center and the thermal baths. I'll come back, and I recommend it to everyone!

Breakfast was spectacular, plentiful, delicious, and lovingly made by the owner. Having it on her patio by the pool was a real treat. Street parking was usually easy enough to find. The rooms were comfortable, with good beds and pillows, a good TV, ventilation, and a bathroom with a strong shower. The whole humble guesthouse in Badhall was spotless and full of charm, and the owner was incredibly kind. Her English isn't perfect, but we could communicate easily. A fantastic place to stay in this beautiful part of Austria.

There was no one there when we arrived in the afternoon. After I called, I was told the key was on the table. The woman on the phone was friendly, though I never actually saw her. The room we got felt like a broom closet. My seven-year-old daughter was scared, and I felt claustrophobic. It was all tiny and dark, needed renovation, and looked nothing like the photo. The whole thing felt very unreal, and we were completely uncomfortable.
