We found the location peaceful and quiet, yet close to some of the area's most scenic destinations. The owners were welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. A perfect place to stay whether you’re exploring the region for a few days or just passing through.

We slept really well here. The room was warm and super clean, with a whole wardrobe for clothes and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent and had everything we needed, and the restaurant served delicious food. The owners were very kind. Neither of them really speaks English, but I managed to get by speaking Italian :) It’s a good way to avoid the crowds and high prices in Hallstatt. You can catch the bus just outside on the highway or take the train. I’d absolutely recommend this place.

The location is lovely and the view is beautiful, but we had a very bad experience. The staff were really aggressive, and the woman managing the place kept shouting and scared us. She acted strangely and refused to give us a room for one night, then took 250 Euro, which really wasn’t worth the place. The room was dusty and not clean at all, with spiders and webs everywhere. It felt like a horror house. I wouldn’t recommend it.
